Your doctor sets a structured programme for your skin. Next steps and programme options appear in your account after the consult.
10 minutes
The assessment
Around 25 questions: what your acne looks like, where it is, how long you have had it, what you have already tried, your skin's tolerance, pregnancy status and any medication you take. Answer honestly — your doctor uses this to personalise your plan.
Within 24 hours
Doctor review
A registered doctor reads your assessment, checks for interactions and contraindications, and flags anything that needs a closer look before your consultation.
Booked at your convenience
Virtual consultation
Schedule an online appointment to discuss your skin goals, safety flags, personal preferences and any potential interactions. Your doctor uses this to set a personalised programme for your skin.
Same day as your consult
Personalised plan
You leave the consult with a structured plan. Programme options and next steps appear in your account after the consult.
3–5 working days when dispensed
Support and delivery (when applicable)
If your programme includes products prepared after your consult, they are shipped in plain packaging with clear instructions. Either way, WhatsApp support stays available.
Ongoing
The first six weeks
Expect dryness and some purging. Tell us on WhatsApp when something feels wrong — dropping strength for a fortnight is normal and usually the right call.
As needed
Adjustment and follow-up
Your doctor reviews your progress as necessary and adjusts your programme before the next stage. Cancel from your account whenever you want.
