Any time, from your account. You keep whatever has already shipped. The R250 consultation fee is non-refundable, including if you cancel or miss your appointment.

How is it delivered?

When a programme includes products prepared after your consult, they ship in plain, unbranded packaging. It usually takes 7–10 working days because each regimen is prepared personally for each patient.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can. If it is a simple increase or decrease in strength, message the WhatsApp line and it can be done for your next order. If you wish to add or change an active ingredient, a consultation will be required.
